Q: How Do I Order?

A: To Purchase

Click on the item you want to purchase.
Use the drop-down menu to select gender, color and/or size if it is a configurable item (like a shirt).
Click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you have added the item to your cart you can proceed to check out, adjust quantities, or continue shopping.
Log in to your account or create a new account.
To check out, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You will then be taken to the billing and shipping information page.
On the Billing Information screen, fill in or select your Billing Address and choose "send to this address" or send to a different address." Click the "Continue" button.
On Shippin Method screen choose your shipping method and click 'Continue'.
On Payment Method screen choose payment by credit card or PayPal and click 'Continue'.
On the Payment Information screen, enter credit card information as required (or complete PayPal steps) and click the 'Continue' button.
On the Order Review screen, verify that all of your order is correct and click on the 'Place Order' button.
On the Order Received screen click "Click here to print a copy of your order confirmation" to display and print your order confirmation. Your order confirmation number will be near the top of the page. Please keep this number for your records.


Q: Can I order over the phone?

Global Net strongly encourage to keep your order coming from official merch store only;
In case you have technical or logistic problems we'd be glad to handle your report by email at the address info@global-net.it.

At moment we are not able to offer assistance over the phone


Q: Is this site secure?

A: Yes!

Global Net uses SSL encryption to protect your credit card data while it is in transit over the internet.

We do not store CC numbers on our web server or anywhere in our office. They are stored by CyberSource on their payment system. You can read about their system's security measures at http://www.cybersource.com/privacy.php

We do not share or sell your information.


Q: When will you charge me?

A: Your credit card or Paypal account is charged at the time of order. The Charge on your statements will show from Global Net


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Here are the basics:

We will accept a return for any reason within 7 working days of receipt. After that we can only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise.

Only items in re-sellable condition may be returned unless damaged or defective.

Pre-Sales cannot be refunded until the item ships from our warehouse after the official street date.

Merchandising cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is an obvious factory defect.

All Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please email us at support@... with the following information:

Your order number
Your name and contact information
Reason for return

Wrap the package securely and send the package to the following address:

Q: What do I do if I am having trouble with my cart?

If you continue experiencing problems you might want to try using another computer or another browser type, or wait for 24 hours and try the transaction again.


Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: In most cases, yes!
Global Net ships to many countries. If your country is not on the drop down list, we are not currently accepting orders from there.

Please note: an extra customs charge may be applied to your order. This fee is not charged by Global Net and the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information about possible charges.


Q: How long will my order take?

If you are in the US, orders generally takes between 5-10 business days to deliver once shipped.

If you are based in EU we ship via International Mail Service which can take 3-6 weeks days.

In efforts to reduce emissions, our shipping companies are picking up packages three times a week. Although this will delay orders by a day or two, we think that you’ll agree that every little bit counts.


Q: What are the dimensions of your shirts?

A: Unless noted, our designs are printed on adult men's and women shirts.
Here are the measurements of some of the most common garment styles:

These measurements are approximate, as we use different companies for our stock.
All sizes are length x width in Centimeters.
Garments are measured across the chest, under the sleeves, with the garment lying flat.
